  • Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. Building core strength, which is key to good posture, is another important aspect of this type of yoga. Hatha has hundreds of poses, including well-known ones such as Downward-Facing Dog and Standing Forward Bend. Poses are usually held for several breaths before you move onto the next.

  • Vinyasa

  • Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

  • Restorative

  • Restorative yoga can take many forms, some being very relaxation focused while others being slow-moving or with longer holding of positions to go deeper into the restoration of the body. This is why we offer a variety of sequences throughout the week so you get a balance of approaches. We also like to incorporate breathwork and some sitting towards the end of practice, where you can tune into the sound of the sea and the nature around you, cultivate inner peace and experience your own center.

  • Yin

  • Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

  • Stretching

  • Deep Stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Living in a forward facing, seated world, these areas tend to be tight for everyone. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching.

  • Qigong, which is sometimes spelled Chi-Kung (and pronounced chee-gung), is the study and practice of cultivating vital life-force through various techniques, including: Breathing techniques. Postures. Meditations.

Panchakarma is the most famous detoxification process of Ayurveda, restoring youth with the help of medicated oils. Panchakarma includes five natural methods of purgation or elimination, giving the body an intensively detoxifying the body, while balancing the three doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

Tibetan Reiki & Chinese Acupressure

Reiki activates the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki energy goes to the deeper levels of a person's being, where many illnesses have their origin. Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities.

Everything was perfect and just wonderful. I met with many like-minded, positive people. Did lots of meditation and yoga classes which made me heal internally and externally. My private room was cozy and clean. What greatly exceeded my expectation was their vegan food.
